RNR Business Solutions: Reflecting on 2022 and what's to come.

Welcome to another edition of RNR Unleashing! This time, we are doing things a little differently. Instead of discussing career tips, we are looking back at all of the amazing events and accomplishments that took place at RNR in 2022. As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on all that we have achieved.

Firstly, our clients have continued to trust us with their HR needs and we are grateful for their ongoing support. We have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of businesses, providing them with tailored HR solutions that help them to achieve their goals.

These officers have been doing an outstanding job in their roles and we were grateful to have the opportunity to thank them in person)

Secondly, we celebrated our 5th anniversary this year, marking a significant milestone for our company. We are proud of what we have achieved so far and are excited for the future.

Thirdly, we have moved to a larger and more convenient office space, which has allowed us to expand our team and improve our service to clients. Our new location is easily accessible and provides a modern, comfortable workspace for our team. Our address is: Mwanga Tower - 4th Floor, New Bagamoyo Road, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Fourthly, our CEO was recognized as the 6th best CEO of the year at the top 100 executive awards in Tanzania, hosted by the Tanzania Institute of Managers. This was a significant achievement and a testament to our CEO’s leadership and dedication to the company.

As we look ahead to 2023, we are eager to continue building on our successes and providing exceptional HR services to our clients. We will be looking for new ways to innovate and improve, and we will continue to listen to our clients to ensure we are meeting their needs.

Finally, as the holiday season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to wish our clients and friends a happy holiday season. We hope you have a wonderful time with your loved ones, and we look forward to working with you in the coming year.
